REVIEW - I have done tons of research and here I find it all in this one book. I love the authors style. He makes all this stuff so interesting and easy to understand.
The author does a great job of making detoxification relatable. It's easy to understand and even quite humorous in places.
I read it in one sitting, couldn't step away from this book full of priceless information, no extra fillers or overwhelming terminology. The author knows the information so well his style of informative writing is simply stated with comprehensive analogies. Very impressed and surprised I stumbled on such a great find.
